The Alex is having an extra WOS22 mini weekend (3-4th September)

 Yay! We loved turning The Alex into a venue for Warwickshire Open Studios Summer Art weeks. Just read the reviews to see what fun it was! But the Alex (building-wise) is still very much a work in progress. So we shut up again from end of WOS22 to do some changes and will now re-open, ramping things up over the weekends from now until late December. Still a work in progress the Alex now feels ready to host lots of interesting events during Autumn/Winter and you can download our PDF flyer telling you all about them here.

Delighted that the very first of these events sees us dust off those WOS22 banners and draws some of the local WOS22 makers to the Alex again to bring back a little taste of venue 116. Just for one weekend (3-4th Sept, 11-5). As the first day of this WOS22 extra weekend marks the opening of the annual Rugby artists WOS22 show at Floor One Gallery (Rugby Art Gallery and Museum), we hope that people visiting us on the Saturday will also spend some time at there too. 

So expect there to be a lot of local art to look forward to in Rugby town during September. Really looking forward to showing off some of the changes here at the Alex.
