Its April at Art at the Alex and our Bar Gallery exhibition features nine wireworks by Jane Tilley, as well as 2 3D scultures. Her works range from a whimsical Pangolin nesting on top of one of our cabinets in the bar, to nine portraits in the bar gallery and a fabulously accurate Converse trainer (pictured). Prices range from an understated £40-£160 for her 2D works, with 3D artworks costing more to reflect the extra work - £180 for the trainer and £320 for the pangolin.
As two works have sold already, early viewing is recommended!
How does she make these?
Jane cuts, bends, weaves and twists wire to her will to create her sculptural pieces. Really pleased that Jane is here in person on the next three Fridays in April 'at work' so come and see this artist at work.
- Friday 12th (10-4)
- Friday 19th (1-4)
- Friday 26th (12-4)
